Bidding on BidBii is Easy!

On your "Dashboard" you'll find your current account balance, a listing of the auctions that you're bidding on along with winner status, as well as several useful links for managing your account.

You can quickly navigate to your personal "Dashboard" at any time by visiting the link in the upper corner of your screen (please note that you need to logged in).

Sometimes there are many people that are interested in an item but for the sake of simplicity, let's assume that there are only two people interested in this particular auction: Ann and James.

Ann discovers the auction and places a bid for $1.00. Later, James notices the auction and sees that someone else (Ann) has already placed a bid. James is interested in purchasing the item, but he won't be able to monitor the auction since he is very busy. So instead of entering a single bid, James uses the Proxy Bid option to enter a maximum of 50 bids. Now only James and BidBii 'knows' this - it isn't revealed to anyone else. On the auction listing, James is shown as the highest bidder with a bid of $1.01 even though he potentially bid more. BidBii has placed the lowest bid possible on behalf of James.

Then Ann checks the listing again and sees that she has been outbid, and so she places another single bid at 1.02, but seconds later she sees that the highest bidder is listed as James for $1.03. BidBii has instantly placed a bid on James's behalf - again the lowest amount possible to remain the high bidder. Ann is frustrated and continues to place bids; the process continues until Ann reaches $1.10 at which point she gives up. No other bids are placed, and when the auction closes, James is pronounced the winner for $1.11 (one bid increment higher than Ann's highest bid) even though James entered a maximum of 50 bids only 6 were needed to own the auction.

So you can see that it is safe to bid as much as you are willing to pay for an item. You will only have to pay one bid increment more than the highest opposing bidder. Of course, if someone outbids your maximum bid then you will not win the auction.

The charges shown are for delivery to mainland USA or Canadian addresses. We're sorry but we are unable to deliver to APO and FPO addresses. Also, some outdoor living items can't be shipped to Hawaii and Alaska if they are extremely large or heavy.

We pride ourselves in handling product returns in a professional and expedient manner. Please familiarize yourself with the following to make sure that you are aware of all contingencies when you place an order with BidBii.com.

For most products, our returns policy provides you 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return or refund on any defective item or item shipped in error (See below for list of exceptions/exclusions). Returns cannot be accepted under any other circumstances.

Return exceptions/exclusions:

The return of any defective cell phone must be initiated within 7 days of product receipt. Note: All returned cell phones are subject to inspection. Should a customer request a return on a phone that has downloaded material or talk time on it, the product will either be declared ineligible for return and be shipped back to the individual at their expense, or be subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the total merchandise value.

Many phones are international phones, sold with North American power adapters. The purchaser is responsible for researching whether the phone purchased is compatible with their desired carrier prior to purchase. Returns will not be accepted due to international origin or due to incompatibility with desired carrier.

Our return policy excludes the following products, which for various legal, health and fraud prevention reasons, we cannot accept returns on, unless you were shipped the wrong product and the product is returned sealed/unused/unworn in its original packing:

• swimwear and undergarments
• food and nutritional supplements
• any return that is missing the originally shipped components
• items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use (unless clearly rated for commercial use)
• toner cartridges
• new defective gaming machines (these must be addressed with the manufacturer)
• opened software
• new home entertainment products from Sony, JVC, Panasonic, Philips or Toshiba (these must be addressed with the manufacturer)
• any products damaged in shipping (these must be addressed with the logistics carrier at time of delivery or immediately thereafter)

How to return a defective item, or an item shipped to you in error:

Please fill out our order issue form by clicking here and we will process your request for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship the product until you have received this number and the instructions for returning the product. Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed and will be assessed a 50% restocking fee. Only items returned with an RMA number will be reimbursed for return shipping. Upon receipt of the RMA, you have 30 days to return the product per the instructions listed. Beyond the 30 day grace period, the item is no longer eligible for return and the product will either be shipped back to the individual at their expense, or a restocking fee of 50% of the total merchandise value will be charged to complete the transaction.

Important Notice:

In the case of refused shipment, or any return without prior authorization or an RMA number, the item in question will either be shipped back to the customer at their expense, or the item will be assessed a restocking fee at 50% of the total merchandise value. In this case, shipping will not be reimbursed.

All returned products are subject to inspection upon arrival. Should the product be received in unacceptable condition, i.e. showing obvious signs of use or misuse, or is not defective as claimed, the product will either be declared ineligible for return and be shipped back to the individual at their expense, or be subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the total merchandise value.
